Temporary Pause on New Onboarding

Thank you so much for your interest in Custom Quartet Stuff! We’re incredibly grateful for the love and support from quartets, choruses, and districts across the barbershop world. Because of the huge wave of new partnerships and orders this season, our small-but-mighty team is currently at full capacity.

To make sure every group we serve receives the accuracy, quality, and fast communication you deserve, we’re temporarily pausing onboarding for all new quartets, choruses, and districts.

This pause includes:

  • New merch store setups

  • New licensing or co-branding requests

  • New ensemble onboarding (quartets, choruses, districts)

Why the Pause?

Quality matters to us. Before bringing on new groups, we want to make sure we are fully caught up on:

  • Current production timelines

  • Existing shop launches

  • Large-volume chorus and district projects

  • Outstanding updates and requests
    This pause ensures we can give each ensemble the attention they deserve—without compromising on the customer experience.

When Will Onboarding Reopen?

We expect to reopen new onboarding once we have cleared our current queue. We’ll update this page as soon as we’re ready to welcome new groups again.
